Road projects, pedestrian trails and more underway in Cy-Fair

Most of these Harris County Precinct 3 projects are scheduled to be completed this year.

Spring and Cypress areas are currently undergoing work as part of an asphalt reconstruction package.

Construction is ongoing for the Asphalt Reconstruction Package 2022-1, which includes revamped roads, new signage and new markers on Tanner Road from Triway Lane to Sam Houston Tollway as well as West Little York Road from North Eldridge Parkway to Brittmore Road and Kuykendahl Road from north of Spring Cypress Road to north of FM 1960.

Benefits: Drivers are expected to have increased mobility and safety on all included roads.

Estimated Construction Cost: $7.3 million

Estimated Completion: First quarter of 2024
