Tim Hortons promised it would be expanding to 30 locations in the Houston area. By next year, it'll have about 24 to go.

In a quarterly earnings call, the Canadian restaurant chain revealed it would open three to four more locations in the area in 2023, QSR reported .

For context, the company has opened two locations in the past year: its first in the 21000 block of Clay Road and the second at 5300 block of West Richey Road.

As for the future locations, two are expected at 12 West Richey and 13451 Northwest Freeway. And according to the Houston permitting office, there's also activity in the 8900 block of Westheimer Road.

Apart from the promise of more Timmies, the chain says it is using the lessons learned in Houston in other markets — though they're mum on what they actually learned.
